What we collect

• Account details: your email address and sign-in method (email and password, Google, or Apple).
• Profile details you choose to add: display name, username, bio, profile photo and soundtrack.
• Content you post: missed-connection stories, festival memories, photos, comments, likes and connection requests.
• Reports you submit and moderation records about reported content.

Who can see it

• Public: missed-connection stories and festival memories, along with your username as the contributor. Anyone, including search engines, can see these.
• Members only: your profile name, bio, photo, soundtrack and profile wall are visible only to signed-in members and are not indexed by search engines.
• Only you: your email address, posts you have removed, and photos you uploaded but never attached to a post or profile.

Photos are kept in private storage and shown through temporary links that expire. Anyone holding a link can open it until it expires.

How we use it

We use your information only to run the community: showing your posts, letting members connect, keeping you signed in, and keeping the space safe. We do not sell your data and RaveOrbit shows no advertising.

Moderation and AI

Moderators may use an AI assistant to review reported posts against these guidelines. The AI only gives a recommendation; a human makes every decision, and reviews are kept in an audit log.

Removing content

When you remove a post, it disappears from public pages, search and other members' views. It is kept privately so that linked requests and safety records stay intact, and you can still see it in your own profile.

Your choices

• Edit your profile at any time from your profile page.
• Remove your own posts from public view.
• Ask us for a copy of your data or to delete your account using the contact below.
